That realization inspired me to build Parker Marketing & Management. What started as a small consultancy is now a full-service agency serving wellness, medspa, and beauty professionals who share one thing in common: a mission to make an impact. Our work isn’t just about marketing—it’s about helping business owners run their business like a living ecosystem, so growth happens with clarity, confidence, consistency, and freedom.

In many ways, this work has brought me full circle. I may not be caring for patients directly, but through our clients, I get to be part of work that truly changes lives. Expanding awareness for a mental health organization, helping a medspa grow sustainably, or building trust for a wellness brand—those ripple effects save time, restore balance, and sometimes even save lives.

I started my career planning to work in healthcare. I went to school wanting to become a provider, switched to nursing, and somewhere along the way, unexpectedly fell in love with marketing. It might seem like a wild turn, but every path I explored came back to the same thing: my drive to help people.

Once I stepped into the marketing world, I met passionate professionals burning out trying to grow their businesses—and it broke my heart. Some were winging it on their own, hoping something would stick. Others had worked with agencies or “experts” who promised results but never delivered. Time, money, and hope poured in—but all they got was confusion, empty reports, and little to no progress. No strategy, no guidance, just constant questioning.
